By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:Character Addition Policy
• Adding additional (extra) character: +60% of the base price.
• Maximum 1 character additional.
• Any characters added beyond the maximum of 1 will be charged at +100% of the base price per additional character.
This policy applies to all art commissions.Payment
• I accept 50/50 payment (50% at the start and 50% upon completion) or full payment upfront. All prices are in USD.
• Payment will be via Paypal/Revisions & Modifications
• You may request large modifications during the sketch stage.
• After the sketch is approved, only small/minor modifications are allowed.File Delivery
• I deliver files via Google Drive to preserve the highest quality.
• You may request an alternative delivery method if you prefer.Communication
• We can communicate via Discord or any other social media platforms you are comfortable with.
• Please be responsive and clear with your feedback to avoid delays.Commission Acceptance
• I reserve the full right to decline any commission without providing a reason.Refunds
• No refunds once the commission has started, except in very specific circumstances.
• All refund decisions are at my sole discretion.Usage Rights
• These commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
• Commercial use costs +200% of the base price.Turnaround Time (TAT) / Deadline
• The deadline will be discussed beforehand.
• The listed TAT is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. I will keep you updated and offer appropriate compensation (e.g., discount, extra art, or rush priority on future commissions, refund...) if the delay is significant.AI / Generative Use
• The artwork I create is strictly for human use only. You may not use it to train AI models, generate derivatives with AI, or resell it for AI-related purposes.If you have any question, feel free to ask me!
